I am a people-first operations leader with more than fifteen years of experience guiding large teams, global vendors, and customer-facing organizations through growth, change, and modern support transformation. My career spans telecommunications, media, and technology, and each chapter has shaped my approach to leadership in a different way.
 

My early leadership roles at a major nationwide satellite and streaming provider shaped how I think about frontline culture, performance consistency, and customer trust. It was where I first learned how to motivate teams, simplify workflows, and build coaching practices that actually work in real time.
 

I later stepped into senior leadership roles with a Fortune 100 telecommunications company, where my responsibilities expanded significantly. I led large domestic operations, managed international teams, and served in an expat assignment supporting global BPO partners across more than 7,000 employees. This chapter solidified my leadership philosophy and proved my ability to scale performance, strengthen vendor relationships, and drive operational results across complex, high-volume environments.
 

Today, I serve as a director within a high-growth technology and real estate marketplace company. I lead multiple support teams and an international BPO partnership, and I work closely with Product, Operations, Data, and Engineering to modernize the customer experience. My focus includes AI adoption, workflow and content strategy, team coaching models, and improvements to core metrics such as customer satisfaction, resolution time, and first-contact resolution. I enjoy connecting long-term strategy with everyday execution, and creating clarity for teams so they can do their best work.

 

In addition to my operating roles, I advise leaders and teams on customer experience, support operations, and leadership development. My work draws from real-world execution in high-scale environments and focuses on practical systems leaders can apply immediately.

Across every industry and every role, one belief has stayed consistent: leadership is a service role. My best work happens when I am developing people, removing obstacles, and helping teams grow with confidence and clarity.
